Individual endorsement
Rimsha has been a great addition to INÉRO's project. Her enthusiasm and ability to translate interests and school work into real-world experience are commendable. She's taken feedback from the perspective of refining deliverables and never shied back from managing up through feedback and recommendations. Her soft skills are far above mine at her age, and I can only recommend her as you continue her journey of taking up new challenges and learning opportunities.
