Local Exposure Enhancement Strategy for TC Wellness
TC Wellness, a company dedicated to promoting health and well-being, seeks to enhance its local presence and client engagement. The project aims to develop a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy that leverages in-person outreach, digital platforms, and client loyalty programs. The goal is to increase brand awareness and foster a stronger connection with the local community as a follow up to a summer series called "21 Days of Self Care". Learners will apply their knowledge of marketing principles and digital communication to create a cohesive plan that aligns with company values and objectives. The project will involve analyzing current marketing efforts, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing innovative strategies to reach a wider audience. By focusing on local exposure, the project will help us build lasting relationships with clients and enhance our reputation and impact.

Wellness Program for Healthcare Workers
Our organization is committed to serving Healthcare workers especially in hospital settings and other physically demanding professions like flight workers. We are looking for new, interactive experiences that enrich and assist members of this population. We would like to collaborate with students to implement a wellness program. Students will have access to key contacts in our organization for feedback on the program planning. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching and applying information on wellness programs for the target population. Developing a specific wellness program (e.g. an arts program) suitable for a population with varying abilities. Assisting in planning activities that are inclusive of varying cognitive and physical abilities. Assisting in implementing the program over a period of time. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending future wellness programs to implement.

Community Wellness Resource Hub Development
TC Wellness aims to create a comprehensive online platform to serve as a community resource hub, showcasing health and wellness practitioners and providing valuable information to promote community health and well-being. The project involves designing a user-friendly website that will feature landing pages for webinars and community wellness initiatives. Additionally, the team will compile a list of leads for community wellness initiatives and resources to be the first users of the landing pages and the community resource site. After the initial launch, the team will gather user feedback and make necessary modifications to improve the website's functionality and user experience. This project provides an excellent opportunity for learners to apply their web design, digital marketing, and user experience skills in a real-world context.

Social Media Engagement and Marketing Campaign for TC Wellness
The main goal for the project is to create a social media engagement and marketing campaign for LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram to help TC Wellness drive traffic for our health and wellness initiatives, including; live wellness events, products and services. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Researching the target audience for each platform - Creating engaging and relevant content for each platform - Developing a posting schedule and strategy for each platform - Analyzing and reporting on the performance of the campaign
